Customer service is ok.Cons: Tech support in many cases is not effective. Cancellation department is very unfriendly and rude. If they overcharge you, you never get back your money!Summary: This is very easy to get and very hard to cancell! Lingo accept the cancellation ONLY BY PHONE!!! I was waiting hours listening annoing music. The person,who talked to me was very rude! After four years with Lingo i switch my phone to other company! 5 out of 14 people found this review helpful |
