Lingo is Long Gone

By: Kem Martin on Wednesday, October 10, 2007
From Chicago (United States)
Experience: 4 Years
Pros: Cheap, Easy Setup, Call Amenities

Cons: Worst Ever Customer Service, Call Quality, Troubleshooting

Summary: I have had lingo since its inception, it started off great and has been a downward spiral. There are long waits to speak to customer service, language barriers once you reach someone from customer service, and they usually cannot solve the issue (always a reboot of the system). I have/still have an on-going issue for 6 months now. After each service call they send a survey...for what, they never address the comments given. My calls are unclear, have a lot of static and always drop. I would not recommend Lingo to anyone; many of my friends have terminated their service.

VoIP - Did you know?

All VoIP calls are carried over the Internet until each call needs to be directed to a regular phone line. This allows you to save a tremendous amount of money on local, long distance, and international calls.
