Customer service is ok.Cons: Tech support in many cases is not effective. Cancellation department is very unfriendly and rude. If they overcharge you, you never get back your money!Summary: This is very easy to get and very hard to cancell! Lingo accept the cancellation ONLY BY PHONE!!! I was waiting hours listening annoing music. The person,who talked to me was very rude! The static is almost louder then the caller. I've tried to resolve the problem through customer service but they refused to send me a different box. There are long waits to speak to customer service, language barriers once you reach someone from customer service, and they usually cannot solve the issue (always a reboot of the system). I have/still have an on-going issue for 6 months now. After each service call they send a survey...for what, they never address the comments given. My calls are unclear, have a lot of static and always drop.
