My current provider is AT&T, I have combine my Long Distance,Dish Net Work, Cell and DSL into one package. I also have a Fax ring number off of my LD Line and a international package. I generally pay on and av. about $300 to 350 per MO. for this package. I not please with some recent invoicing that AT&T say's they are not billing me but only acting as a billing agent for Enhanced Services Billing Inc.(Voicemial Services) and OAN (adigitavillage.com gold webhosting. The invoicing is for services that I never used or approve of and I check the reviews on these companies and they appear to be very shady. When I contact AT&T about this they are not much help. I'm very dissaponited in AT&T association with these comanies. When you attempt to contact these companies you get no where. I'm assessing my options and would like to know what your suggestions are for reposition with othe companies to take care of my needs. I really only need a limited amout of LD but also need a fax and a internet service. I do like the advantage and simpilicy of combing my services into one package or reducing to one or two companies if possbile. Thanks for your help. Mike Northcutt

My provider tells me that they are charging for calls that I make to a conference bridge and that all companies do this. Is this a true statement and why do they charge for some numbers but others fall into the unlimited calling no fee class? Thank you, Jo Anne
