Unitel 2.5 User Review
![]() Love them!!Overall Rating: By: H B on Wednesday, August 01, 2007From: Logan, UT (United States) Experience: 18 Months Pros: Great Customer service! Awesome Rates even international Cons: noneSummary: When I switched numbers I thought my long distance would be moved automatically. It wasn't and my bill went to $36 instead of $7 with Unitel. They have been great to work with. I can't say enough good about them. Oh, my parents and I both called Bulgaria..my phone bill was $8 for a 17 minute call my parents was over $90! When calling international it was as if I was talking to someone next door. I now tell my friends to switch! 20 out of 30 people found this review helpful Basic ServiceOverall Rating: By: B C on Saturday, June 16, 2007From: Chicago, IL (United States) Experience: 2 Months Summary: The rate was good enough for me to stop using a calling card which charges .05 cents per minute. The change over was easy enough. It took a couple billing cycles for my local service provider to drop charges from the previous intra- and inter-state long distance provider (my fault - laziness.) Otherwise everything is smooth and there are no issues with the service. 17 out of 37 people found this review helpful Unitel 2.5 Review - 14June2007Overall Rating: By: Jon J on Thursday, June 14, 2007From: Dearborn, MI (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: low costCons: advertised rates not delivered as advertised - toll calling not 1.7 cents/min - 3.8 cents/min!!Summary: OK customer service, average overall. 10 out of 23 people found this review helpful phone serviceOverall Rating: By: KATHY BANKS on Monday, May 28, 2007From: CLEVELAND, OH (United States) Experience: 1 Years Pros: I RECEIVED A GOOD BARGAIN WHEN I NOT CAllING LONG DISTANCE THAT MUCHCons: WHEN I DO MAKE ALOTS OF LONG DISTANCE CALL ,I FEEL THAT I WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING WITH A PHONE COMPANY THAT OFFER UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCESummary: OTHER THAT THE PRO AND CONS IT IS A GOOD COMPANY ,HOWEVER LIKE I STATED EARLY,I THINK I NEED TO GO WITH THE COMPANY THAT OFFER UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE CALLS 16 out of 30 people found this review helpful Uni-Tel Communications Group, IncOverall Rating: By: Norris N/A on Saturday, May 19, 2007From: Anderson, SC (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: So far, completely satisfiedCons: NoneSummary: I have been using this service for approximately two months. Customer Service is fast and responsive.Cons: Uni-Tel uses Qwest telephone lines under contract for servicing my area. Long Distance - Did you know? Many people are using their cell phones for long distance calls. If you divide your minutes by your monthly bill, you’ll see that regular long distance (especially the plans offered on our site) are less expensive in almost all cases. And, if you go over your minutes, you’ll be paying 20-40 cents per minute. Plus, by using long distance at home you’ll have better clarity!
