Pros: pay for only what you use.Summary: Phone company promised better rates, didn't live up to the promise. Unitel is great for those of us who use long distance.

Pros: GREAT price on long distance & really great customer service.Cons: Not real clear that you have to choose BOTH interstate and intra lata long distance when signing up.Summary: Was a bit of a pain to get the local long distance issue straightened out, but is all okay now. Highly recommend this company.

Pros: The price is right. I don't spend much on long distance, but I need it. Unitel delivers.Cons: The initial conversion could have went smoother, particularly in the billingSummary: I would recommend Unitel. This is "no frills" long distance, which is exactly what I want. Zero monthly base charge is fantastic, particularly since I don't use LD that much.
