Pros: Easy billing, good service, good rate, I save moneyCons: Getting connected, had issue with my other companySummary: I have been a customer for over 2 years and have had a really good experience. I had a little problem with my previous phone company switching. Total Call helped me out. Now my service has been up and running. It is easy to read the bill, I pay for what I use.

Pros: * Low ratesCons: * Horrible customer serviceSummary: After being a customer for over 2 years I cancelled my service and had a credit owed to me. I have yet to receive a refund after almost 4 months of closing my account and fighting with customer service. Customer service has basically told me that my only option is to wait until they approve the refund. Miss a payment with this company and you will have fees added...cancel your account and expect your money returned...think again, they will keep and give you the runaround. Their actions are both dishonest and criminal.

Long Distance - Did you know?
Many people use the 10-10 dial-around numbers, when they could save even more by using one of the plans compared on our site.Check out the low rates on many of the offered plans. Then you can go back to dialing regular calls and saving even more. Your fingers will thank you.
