It took over a month to get it right (not Pioneer's fault).Summary: They do what they say. Has lowered my phone bill. 7 out of 16 people found this review helpful Service is Great.Overall Rating: By: Anonymous Review on Thursday, January 19, 2006From: northfolk, TX (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: Quality of service and valueCons: None to DateSummary: I have been a customer since mid-October and have been very impressed with service to date. I primarily use the service to make international calls, and the voice quality is equal or better to any of the other services I have used in the past (e.g., SBC, "1010-'s", etc.). I plan to continue using "phonedog" for the foreseeable future. 7 out of 15 people found this review helpful LD Switchover not always a snapOverall Rating: By: i estrada on Sunday, January 01, 2006From: Sunnyvale, CA (United States) Experience: 45 Days Pros: Cheap rates, good connections.Cons: Customer service follow-up can be improved.Summary: After switching from my previous provider and supposedly confirming 3 times, I finally tried to make an international long distance call and found out that I had not been switched, I was somehow still using my original provider. Customer Service via e-mail is very responsive, but when I called Pioneer's Customer Service and left a message, they never called back or sent an e-mail. I'm still waiting for a callback. 9 out of 17 people found this review helpful Pioneer 3.25 TalkCentsOverall Rating: By: Dick Matthews on Monday, December 26, 2005From: Warrenton, VA (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: Inexpensive!Cons: None to date.Summary: Verizon with long distance was too expensive.
