Elizabeth Seufert on Sunday, October 19, 2008From: Litchfield Park, AZ (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: Inexpensive, e-billing, responsive customer serviceCons: NoneSummary: Pioneer was very helpful in getting our service switched. I was actually able to contact a real person without going through a maze of computer assistance, and when I needed to talk to them again I had their direct number; no re-explaining my problem to different people. The rate can't be beat and their e-billing and automatic credit card payment are perfect for me. 6 out of 9 people found this review helpful Great Long Distance CompanyOverall Rating: By: Anita Stanley on Saturday, October 18, 2008From: Lilburn, GA (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Saves money and is much more convenient than a calling card.Cons: noneSummary: I have used Pioneer Telephone for my long distance calling for about 2 months. Previously I had used a calling card which was very inexpensive but also inconvenient. I much prefer Pioneer Telephone. Oh yes, the service is excellent. 5 out of 8 people found this review helpful Customer ServiceOverall Rating: By: Rose Denness on Monday, October 06, 2008From: St. Louis, MO (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Everyone I have spoken to is extremely nice and helpful.Cons: On one occasions the customer service representative was not able to resolve the problem I was having at the time of my call.Summary: My overall assessment of the customer service I received is very positive. They do not have a computer so I took care of this for them. They make LD calls mainly out of state to family and were so happy to get a lower rate than what they had. They're are no hidden surcharge fees. 4 out of 8 people found this review helpful |
