VERY LOW OUT OF STATE LD RATEOverall Rating: By: PAULINE SCOGGINS on Monday, October 06, 2008From: Beaumont, TX (United States) Experience: 3 Months Summary: When my parents moved they could no longer keep their LD carrier so I did a search online to find them another LD carrier. They do not have a computer so I took care of this for them. They make LD calls mainly out of state to family and were so happy to get a lower rate than what they had. They're are no hidden surcharge fees. 0 out of 1 people found this review helpful

Pioneer TelephoneOverall Rating: By: Betsy Upshur on Monday, October 06, 2008From: Woodbine, MD (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Easy to change over.Cons: Low profile caused concern that I wasn't a subcriber. Summary: There was some difficulty with discontinuing with my previous long distance carrier - CREDO - and several phone calls required to extract my account from them. Also Verizon operator didn't seem to be able to find the change until I called the old company, CREDO, several times. The actual Pioneer service has been good. 1 out of 2 people found this review helpful
