Now hear a slight buzz on phone line.Summary: Would like more consistant quality of service as far as dependability and sound quality. In state calls seem to sound fine but out of state calls have interference. I am very happy with the savings that I am seeing compared to the 10-10 service that I was previously using. They increased the charges over the years and my calls kept costing more and more. I hope that you maintain the current rate and if charges should increase that I be informed. clarifyingOverall Rating: By: loren wilson on Friday, October 16, 2009From: Taft, TN (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: Reasonable rates, excellent service!Summary: I recently had an issue with my billing that was mainly my misunderstanding. It's been 3 months now, and I have had plenty of time to 'sample" their service. If feels so good to have Ma-Bell begging me to come back...no way! 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful pioneer telephoneOverall Rating: By: Joseph Apfel on Tuesday, July 21, 2009From: Santa Rosa, CA (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: good service, good priceCons: access to records only after billing cycle, not currentSummary: very satisfactory, excellent value 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful serviceOverall Rating: By: Gordon Lew on Saturday, July 04, 2009From: San Francisco, CA (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: fantastic setup and low costCons: noneSummary: The service is fantastic and it beats the high long distance charges of the big phone companies--i.e. AT%T. The first 3 months of services has yet equal what I was being charges by that other company. If you can get service with Pioneer Telephone I would tell you sign up. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful |
