Cons: Horrible customer serviceSummary: After 15 years with never a late payment this company or the USPO lost one of my checks that was mailed on time. They suspended my service on the day I found out about it($21.45)and their awful customer service refused to do anything about it. I took my business elsewhere and would never recommend them to anyone. Over the 15 years I had hundreds of fax charges charged to my phone even though I had no fax machine connected. The number used to belong to another company and I was charged for all the wrong number calls.
