ATN Long Distance

ATN was founded in 1984 by Jeff Bein, an innovative and creative entrepreneur. Seizing the opportunities brought forth by the deregulation of the telecommunications industry, Jeff has guided and developed ATN into a stable and widely-respected telecommunications company. Today, the ATN staff includes a group of dedicated and knowledgeable persons who love what they're doing. They provide excellent customer service and efficient order processing.

ATN's spectacular growth has been accomplished by positioning themselves as the leading, cost-saving alternative to other large providers. ATN has satisfied the desire of their customers to have quality and reliable service by utilizing established carriers as their service providers. They have developed excellent working relationships with vendors and customers.

ATN customer phone bills will total nearly $18,000,000 by the end of this year. ATN's ability to acquire and retain customers has been proven many times over. That ability has put American Telecom Network into the unique position of being able to negotiate extremely competitive services not available to other companies. ATN began as a very dynamic company and is continuing that tradition well into the new millenium.

The USF fee is a mandatory fee implemented by the FCC. Companies can however charge a higher % than required. A higher USF fee can have a significant effect on your final bill. We include the USF Fee into our "Yearly Savings" formula which has a significant role in which plan has the highest Yearly Savings value.

This fee goes to High Cost/Low Income Fund, Schools, Libraries, Rural Health Care, and Telecommunications Relay Services or TRS Fund.
