Pros: NoneCons: Requires excellent credit - not stated at signup.Summary: I was unable to switch my service and got very little help from customer service. Finally, I reached a sales rep who said that my credit score was too low. If I had known this going in, I would not have bothered to switch. As a result, I never did switch to Spectrotel. I am in the process of switching to other companies.
