Totally Unsatisfactory Service

Pros: None

Cons: 1. Service not established in a timely manner 2. Never got Long Distance Service. 3. Calls to Customer Service never provided a response other than "it must be one of our carriers". 4. Changed to AT&T after 2 days. 5. Still receiving bills for an entire period with late fees added. 6. Will never recommend this company for anything except headaches.

Summary: Totally unsatisfactory

Amazing Levels of Incompetence

Pros: Service mostly works

Cons: Nearly impossible to get customer service to fix any problem. Nobody has a clue as to how to do anything. Service requests posted on website are ignored.

Summary: Cleartel must have the most inept management in the industry. Every service problem (expect many) takes numerous phone calls and weeks or months to be corrected.

Cons: long distance did not work for about two weeks without any type of explanation....

Pros: Very low cost, particularly international calls. The bill is concise and clear.

Cons: None, excellent service so far.

Summary: I switched to Cleartel to primarily lower my costs. International rates are excellent, in my case the rates to Australia to call my son. I have no complaints so far.

Residential Service Review

Pros: No service interruptions

Cons: No way to pay bill online, only mail.

Summary: I never had any service interruptions when the line was switched from one company to another. The line is clear and sounds as good as it ever has. I only wish they had some form of billpay such as online or via phone. The mail takes a while to get there from where I live.

Great Telephone Service at a Bargain

Pros: service is as good as any other service yet it is cheaper

Cons: Cannot pay bill online

Summary: I am pleased with the Cleartel telephone service. I did not even notice when the service was switched from AT&T. Call waiting,caller i.d. and 3-way calling is all I need and it's included in the base price.

The only drawback is that I cannot pay my bill online or over the telephone.

Pros: I have found the service to be excellent. The customer service reps have always been considerate and helpful with any problem.

Summary: I would rate the service as excellent to this point. I had a technical problem once and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. I am extremely happy with the service and have reccomended it to friends and family.

Summary: I have zero complaints with our service. The times that I have talked with customer service reps, they have been pleasant and efficient. The service has been very good, and my bill hasn't changed unexpectedly and sporadically like it did with other companies.
