How am I charged for these services? The company will charge your credit card at the end of each month or billing cycle for any payments owed. You will receive an invoice via email about 10 days prior to being charged.
Can I cancel service at any time? Yes, you can cancel anytime without a penalty. Simply contact the provider and request to discontinue your services.
Can I use the access number from anywhere in the US? You can use the access number for the designated phone(s) you select. For instance, if you select your celluar phone as one of the usable phones with the dial around service, then you can dial the access number from anywhere that your cellular phone will allow.
Does my wireless carrier charge me to place international calls using these plans? You'll only use your minutes from your wireless plan, just as if you called any other person in the U.S.. Most of the access numbers are located in New York or Los Angeles, so you'll use the minutes or applicable rate when calling to the access number location.
How can I use speed dial to make things easy? You can always save the Access Number in your speed dial and enter your international number at the tone. Even better, save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then program 011 + your international number, for one touch dialing.
Can I get the same rates calling from my home phone? Yes, as long as you register your number, you can then dial the toll free access number and then enter a 13 digit pin number. You can enjoy the same low international calling rates from your home phone.

What is automatic recharging The "recharge amount" is the amount that you would like to add to your balance when your current balance falls below the preset recharge level.
