How am I charged for these services? 
The company will charge your credit card at the end of each month or billing cycle for any payments owed.  You will receive an invoice via email about 10 days prior to being charged.

Can I cancel service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime without a penalty. Simply contact the provider and request to discontinue your services.

Can I use the access number from anywhere in the US?
You can use the access number for the designated phone(s) you select.  For instance, if you select your celluar phone as one of the usable phones with the dial around service, then you can dial the access number from anywhere that your cellular phone will allow. 

Does my wireless carrier charge me to place international calls using these plans?
You'll only use your minutes from your wireless plan, just as if you called any other person in the U.S.. Most of the access numbers are located in New York or Los Angeles, so you'll use the minutes or applicable rate when calling to the access number location.

How can I use speed dial to make things easy?
You can always save the Access Number in your speed dial and enter your international number at the tone. Even better, save the Access Number followed by the pause button and then program 011 + your international number, for one touch dialing.

Can I get the same rates calling from my home phone?
Yes, as long as you register your number, you can then dial the toll free access number and then enter a 13 digit pin number. You can enjoy the same low international calling rates from your home phone.

Does the service work with all cellular carriers?
Yes, as long as you register your number(s)

Are the posted rates valid at all times?
Yes, they apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I call from outside the U.S.?
Yes. You may call from any country where an access number is provided. Look in the "Plan Details" section to view available access numbers.

What is automatic recharging
The "recharge amount" is the amount that you would like to add to your balance when your current balance falls below the preset recharge level. 

Are there any additional fees or charges?
From the companies we review at our site, Mobile Caller does have a monthly fee and EZ Shmooz has a $2 fee to receive the pyhsical card. 

How will I know how much time is left on my card?
Once you enter your PIN# the prompt will announce your available balance.

At what point in the call are my minutes deducted?
You are billed upon connection. Once a person or answering machine picks up at the other end your call is considered connected.

Why do some countries have a higher rate to call a mobile phone within that country?
In some countries mobile users do not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone. This is known as calling party pays. Mobile carriers therefore charge more to the calling party to connect the call.

How quickly can I begin using the service after registration?
You will be notified via email when your account is active and ready to use. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to activate your account.

Do I have to keep repurchasing cards?
No.  Your card can be re-charged from your online login provided in your Order Confirmation email.

What is Automatic Recharging?
You have the option of choosing automatic or manual recharging. Auto Recharge is a convenient service that ensures you never run out of minutes on your account. By enabling Auto Recharge, your account will automatically be credited, via your credit card, when your balance falls below a preset recharge level. You can turn automatic recharging 'ON' or 'OFF' at anytime, and as frequent as you would like.
