Pros: Amazing Customer service...when I walk through the door I feel welcomed. Nice associates. Great rates on plans. Free Battery swaps! Free incoming calls! Last time I went in the store, they told me that they have won JD Power and Associates Award 6 times in a row now for the best reception in the area. I will never change providers!Cons: There are some "Agent" locations that aren't owned by US Cellular and don't seem to give the same level of service.Summary: Refer to above

Pros: great signal in Chicago. Works indoors in many spots, unlike my AT&T and t-mobile phones. works in the subway via special arrangement. Cons: older phonesSummary: Good signal around Chicago. Never had a problem roaming. Easy, helpful customer service. Decent prices. Reasonable rules. Easy month to month after contract term.

Pros: Never a billing issue, good network and good phones.Cons: infrequent dropped calls.Summary: By far biggest bang for the buck. I do think they need to removing texting fees, but still by far best value for money in Illinois and Wisconsin.
