	Company Overview: US Cellular is a regional wireless provider founded in 1983 and headquartered in Chicago, IL.  Customer Base: 6.2 million Network Benefits: Text and Picture messaging; high-speed data services; online photo albums. Special Plan Features: Family Plans; EasyEdge wireless Web services; BlackBerry and other business services; TalkTracker prepaid services. Unique Features: SpeedTalk push-to-talk service; Pros:   30 day guarantee, test their products, network, and customer service for 30 days with the option to cancel in dissatisfied.  Change your calling plan at any time during your service agreement without signing a new contract.  Customer can also renew their contract before their current contract is up while saving on new device offers. Cons: Not available nationwide. Technology Used: CDMA 1xRTT network.  Some legacy analog/TDMA sites are still active but US Cellular no longer activates analog or TDMA handsets. Coverage: Regional coverage in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, East, and Northeast Customer Service: U.S. Cellular tied with T-Mobile and Verizon for the highest ranking in overall customer satisfaction in the North Central Region of J.D. Pros: Amazing Customer service...when I walk through the door I feel welcomed. Nice associates. Great rates on plans. Free Battery swaps! Free incoming calls! Last time I went in the store, they told me that they have won JD Power and Associates Award 6 times in a row now for the best reception in the area. I will never change providers!

Cons: There are some "Agent" locations that aren't owned by US Cellular and don't seem to give the same level of service.

Pros: Free incoming calls on current plans. Nationwide service is available with National plans. Now has free text to Mexico.

Cons: bad fat customer service reps

Summary: i just dont like the attidude i get and they could not help me get a new phone. you dont feel welcomed... bad customer service. those dumb bitchess except sam are useless

Pros: great signal in Chicago. Works indoors in many spots, unlike my AT&T and t-mobile phones. works in the subway via special arrangement.

Cons: older phones

Summary: Good signal around Chicago. Never had a problem roaming. Easy, helpful customer service. Decent prices. Reasonable rules. Easy month to month after contract term.

Pros: Never a billing issue, good network and good phones.

Cons: infrequent dropped calls.

Summary: By far biggest bang for the buck. I do think they need to removing texting fees, but still by far best value for money in Illinois and Wisconsin.
